Youth hostel Franz-Schweitzer-Haus    Young women and men of 18 years and older may reside at our youth hostel.     The FSH is in the historical centre of Düsseldorf’s Old Town. We have 92 spaces available in furnished single and double rooms.   Within the immediate proximity of the hostel, one can find numerous shops, banks and official agencies. Many cultural establishments and sport clubs are just as easy to reach on foot as are public transportation stops.   The house has the following accomodations: ·       three communal kitchens with a dining area and grocery lockers (self-catering)sinks within the rooms ·        communal sanitary facilities ·        cable t.v. ·     wireless-lan ·        payphone in the foyer (can also be used to receive calls) ·        laundry room with wash machines and dryers   Costs We charge the following prices for rent:  per month*    220.00 € to 310.00 € single room    185.00 € place in double room * Weekly prices will be charged for those moving in after the 1st of the month.   The following utilities are included in the rent: electricity, water and heat Cleaning the room is the responsibility of the tenant.  Communal rooms will be cleaned by our staff.
